Prawns 400g
marinade:
Sake 1 table spoon
Grated ginger 1 tea spoon
Crashed garlic 1 tea spoons
Sauce:
Ketchup 4 table spoons
Sugar, Maisena, Soy sauce 1 table spoon each
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
Water 4 table spoons
Chopped spring onion 4 table spoons
Salad Oil 2 table spoons
To-ban-jan 1-2 tea spoons
Sake 2 table spoons
Sesame oil 1/2 table spoon
Wash prawns and put them in marinade for 10 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for sauce
Put Salad oil in hot wok and put prawns
When the color of prawns changed, put garlic, spring onions, To-ban-jan, Sake and ginger juice.
Put the sauce in the pan and finish with sesame oil.
