Ingredients

2 blocks of tofu cut in small pieces
100 gr of minced pork
Chopped spring onions 3 table spoons
1&1/2 table spoon of To-ban-jan
1&1/3 table spoon of Ten-men-jan
Chicken stock 60ml
7 table spoons of oil
Sake 1&1/2 table spoon
Soy sauce 1&1/2 table spoon
Maizena

Cooking Instructions

Put the wok on high heat, and heat the 1 spoon of oil.
Put the meat and add 3 spoon of oil and cook in medium heat
Put the To-ban-jan & Ten-men-jan in it and cook 20 seconds
Put the chicken stock and add Tofus
Add soy sauce and sake in it and put down the heat to bring it simmer
Put the maizena diluted in water
Put spring onion and add 3 spoons of oil, then put the heat up for 40 seconds
