Ingredients

250 gr. plain flower
200 ml hot water
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Cooking Instructions

Put the flower in a bowl
add little by little the hot water
mix with a chopstick until you can make a ball
leave to rest 1 hour under a humid cloth

Work a little bit the paste and use the Italian pasta machine.
About 10 times at level 1, then until quite thin.

Results are a bit thick at number 7, but after it breaks... There is perhaps too much hot water...
